  • Where are we located?
    We are located in Bandung, Indonesia.
  • Do you have a store?
    We currently do not have an official store, but we often participate in big events where we open booth and customers are invited to come and shop in person.
  • Do i need an account to order?
    You can order as guest but we recommend you to register an account so you can make a faster checkout and payment. And you dont have to retype your address everytime you want to purchase our products.
  • I've forgotten my password, what should i do?
    Click forget password and follow the instructions.
  • What materials are Tooidoll made from?
    Our dolls are made from cotton fabric that are safe for baby and our doll inserts are made from dacron silicon that are safe from anyone with allergy. Every doll made by handmade and manufactured in Indonesia.
  • I would like to order out of stock items, is it possible?
    We apologies, items that are out of stock means it is either sold out completely or we cannot produce anymore. But if you want to try to request it in big quantity, you can email us and tell us what you want to have. We might considering it.
  • Do you do custom order?
    Yes, we do and here are our criteria:
    - custom order could only be made for big quantity (50pcs above)
    - the price for custom order is variable, based on size and shape.
    - custom order could only available for doll.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at the moment, but we are trying to improve our service to provide overseas shipping in the future.
  • How is the shipping calculated?
    We are using JNE service and the shipping rate based on weight/size of your order and your location.
    Here are the weight details of our dolls :
    Big size of doll : 0.9kg
    Baby size of doll : 0.5kg
    Mini size of doll : 0.2kg
    For example, if you order 2 dolls of baby size, it still count as 1kg.
  • Can i track my order?
    Yes you can! If you are a registered customer, you can always check the status of your order in my account. Note that if you place an order during weekend or public holidays, there may be some delivery delays.
  • How soon can i get my order?
    After you order, transfer and confirm your payment is received, we will process your order within 5 business days, but it is not possible that you might received it earlier.
  • Can i add items after i checkout?
    Unfortunately you cannot, because after checking out your order is recorded. If you want to add items, kindly make a new order.
  • Can i change my shipping address after my order has been sent?
    Unfortunately you cannot. We only ship the order to the address written. Please make sure all details are double checked and completely correct before you proceed to checkout.
  • I have received my package and one of the items is incorrect/missing/broken,what should i do?
    We apologize for our mistake, and kindly email us to info@tooidoll.com or direct whatsapp to +628176006300, and we will give you instructions to return or exchange it to us. All shipping fee will be paid by us (both return and sending it back). Incorrect/missing/broken items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the package.
  • I never received an order confirmation from Tooidoll - did Tooidoll receive my order?
    Each order will sent an order confirmation via email, addressed to the account you used to pay for the purchase. Please check your spam/junk mail if you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour after purchased. If you do not receive a confirmation, your transaction maybe not completed yet.
  • Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
    Yes, occasionally. But usually with very little notice! The best way to find out about that is to follow us on instagram or sign up for our mailing list. We promise not to abuse the privilege of having your email address and will never share your information with anyone.
